">This position is responsible for supporting the migration of O2C processes from countries throughout the Americas to San Jose, Costa Rica, and preparing O2C-related process documentation. Key responsibilities include:
">- ">
- Performing cash collection processing, including sending reminders, communicating with customers via sales channels, and direct interaction with clients;">
- Executing dunning processes and preparing customer aging analysis;">
- Researching and resolving customer dispute cases;">
- Reviewing client credit risk and limit status and working with internal stakeholders to recommend changes to limits, including actions to block clients' credit;">
- Preparing bad debt reserve calculations per corporate policy and managing blocked sales orders and deliveries;">
- Maintaining customer accounts and reconciliation to identify unresolved/unpaid open items;">
- Handling and resolving escalated AR, credit issues, dispute management, and ensuring timely resolution;">
- Executing periodically O2C reporting or upon request KPI's measurements;">
- Developing a strong understanding of the business, including product, industry, and client knowledge;">
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated into the work routine;">
- Educating robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures, and processes.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should possess:
">- ">
- 2+ years of experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries/business units;">
- Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred;">
- Prior experience in collections, disputes, & credit management functions in a shared services environment;">
- Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel;">
- Ability to work with deadlines;">
- Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration;">
- Strong written and oral communication skills;">
- Proficiency in English;">
- Good accounting background;">
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to identify and resolve problems;">
- Strong communication skills.">
