The Job Description
This role involves responding to consumer inquiries, resolving disputes, and providing accurate information on credit reporting and collection accounts. The specialist must be able to communicate effectively with internal teams and adhere to company policies and procedures. The workload is largely task-based and tactical, utilizing pre-established guidelines under the guidance and supervision of the manager.
Responsibilities:
- Handle consumer inquiries and resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information on credit reporting and collection accounts.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and follow up on cases as needed.
- Document system updates and changes accurately.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- English proficiency (B1 level).
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook and Teams).
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in a customer service role.
