Customer Resolution Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Tier 2 Escalation Specialist to join our Smartsheet Support team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and providing expert engagements to our customers.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex technical issues through troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Provide expert engagements to customers through phone, email, and chat
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 2+ years technical or customer support experience, or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work outside of standard business hours
