Job Overview
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training plans for supplier engineers based on skills gap analysis and product needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery partners and/or teams by enhancing support readiness and ensuring timely resolution through skill development.
- Develop and review readiness plans for delivery partner teams and/or internal teams based on skills gap analysis, product needs, and other factors.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of readiness plans and content.
- Assist in the implementation of end-to-end readiness programs, including mentoring, knowledge sharing, technical document creation, brown bag sessions, blogs, and quality assurance checks.
- Manage collaborative activities, including collaborating on cross-team and cross-product technical issues with resources from other groups to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting, or technical troubleshooting, with expertise in Azure Monitoring product and related technologies.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Business Leadership.
- Proficiency in the English language, written and spoken (including technical writing).
