Job Overview
The Bma Group seeks a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Specialist to drive the adoption of our products and services. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
Responsibilities
- Review CRM cases and provide proper follow-up to current customers
- Engage constantly with customers to keep track of product adoption and consumption levels
- Promptly attend customer escalations and act as a center of contact to engage other departments as required
- Log all activity related to accounts and opportunities generated in the corresponding platforms
- Provide entry-level training (Demo Session)
- Analyze customer and account data to identify areas of improvement and set action plans
- Provide valuable insights to the company based on the data and information obtained from customer interactions
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Able to use common office equipment
- Basic data entry skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
