About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Account Management to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Be a trusted voice of the customer, advocating on their behalf to ensure their success with our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering, to drive customer growth and adoption.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess progress, align on future objectives, and mitigate potential challenges.
  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and minimize churn risk.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tenacious appetite for building product knowledge.
  • Strong technical communication skills for a business audience.
  • Ability to break down and track technical projects.
  • Proactive and able to think critically to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a vested interest in continuous personal development.
