About the RoleThis Customer Success Advocate position is a critical component of our customer-facing team, responsible for supporting professional services for 10 DLC campaigns.
The primary goal is to educate customers on compliance best practices, reduce spam complaints, and bring mobile programs to life for some of the world's largest enterprises.
A successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer management and business consultancy principles.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging with customers, expanding their use cases, and creating win-win environments.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Providing point-of-contact support for customers on 10 DLC best practices and compliance
- Advising on campaign rejection reasons for future improvements
- Managing intake, approval, and setup of T-Mobile Special Business Reviews (SBR)
- Contributing to customer management team success by learning 10 DLC and short code compliance
Additionally, this role requires establishing trusted partner relationships with assigned clients, driving value through products, and monitoring success KPIs. Occasional support as CSM may involve attending meetings, assisting implementation teams, resolving issues, and documenting results in the knowledge base.
