As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our CSS team, working closely with customers and partners to resolve technical issues quickly. You'll collaborate within and across teams, leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices to deliver exceptional results.

Your responsibilities will include:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid understanding of two or more of the following technologies:

  • Azure Resource Management (Subscriptions, Licenses, Role-Based Access Control)">
  • Azure Active Directory Fundamentals (User, Group, Domain Management)">
  • Azure Active Directory Collaboration Solutions (B2B, B2C)">
  • Managed Identity, Hybrid Identity Solutions, Windows Active Directory Services, Windows Networking">

You should also have experience with some of the preferred technologies, such as AAD Connect, DirSync, MIM/FIM, Active Directory Federation Services, Privileged Identity Management, Provisioning SaaS Applications, PowerShell scripting, and Network trace tools.

A good understanding of these technologies, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, will enable you to excel in this role.
