Customer Success Professional

As a Customer Success Manager at Zscaler, you will be responsible for driving customer success and optimization across North America. This includes developing and executing plans to ensure customers realize maximum value from our platform, delivering Service Review presentations to align our services with customer business initiatives and priorities, and working closely with Account Sales teams to identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of security fundamentals, network architectures, and technical project management principles. Your exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers.
