**About the Role**
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Director to lead our Success Center team in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our digital, commercial, and mid-market customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong executive relationships, executing customer success strategies, and driving business growth through customer adoption and expansion of ServiceNow offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop senior executive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Execute customer success strategies to deliver value for all customers.
- Lead business planning aligned with company's overall strategic direction.
- Manage operational aspects of the CS portfolio, including quality assurance and profitability.
- Grow and manage a team of Customer Success Guides, focusing on their development and mentoring.
- Promote executive relationships with senior-level customer leaders, sales leaders, and ecosystem partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles at high-performing consulting/software companies or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success in leading and growing teams, meeting or exceeding customer KPIs, and expanding offerings with clients.
- Familiarity with one or more ServiceNow product suites and understanding of issues driving digital transformation across ServiceNow clients.
