Americas Customer Success Director

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of customer business analysts and contribute to the success of Intel's Americas Customer Enablement and Solutions Team. As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for prioritizing tasks, achieving results, and developing employees. The role requires a strong understanding of New Business Transformation, as well as the ability to influence cross-organizational teams and establish strategic plans and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Design and implement effective solutions to meet customer requirements, leveraging expertise in Order to Cash business capabilities.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Trade.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- University Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience managing and/or leading teams
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain Operation concentrations or other related field.
- Experience in supply chain and business operations.
