Job Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of customer business analysts and contribute to the success of Intel's Americas Customer Enablement and Solutions Team. As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for prioritizing tasks, achieving results, and developing employees. The role requires a strong understanding of New Business Transformation, as well as the ability to influence cross-organizational teams and establish strategic plans and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Design and implement effective solutions to meet customer requirements, leveraging expertise in Order to Cash business capabilities.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Trade.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • University Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years of experience managing and/or leading teams
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain Operation concentrations or other related field.
    • Experience in supply chain and business operations.
