**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a Customer Success and Support Manager to join our team at Innteci - Quid - Bgwi. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of client needs, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Prepare and share regular status reports with clients and internal stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client success, account management, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
