We are seeking a Director of Customer Success to join our leadership team at Smartsheet. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring the delivery team, conducting performance evaluations, and forecasting, resource allocation, and alignment to reach department goals.

You will work closely with peer leaders across Customer Excellence in support of shared goals and develop a strong understanding of the Smartsheet platform and remain current on related features.
