This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Success Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving account growth and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive account growth and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely renewals and update the sales database as necessary
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5-9 years of experience in sales/account management for a technology company
- Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and cross-group collaboration skills
- A proven track record of sustaining and growing complex relationships, including closing renewals and identifying new opportunities
- Prior experience procuring contracts with educational institutions
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform with minimal oversight
