We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of Services Account Managers. As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-growth business and driving team performance. You will utilize data analytics and your analytical skills to guide changes, updates, and improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Services Delivery, Professional Services, or Consulting. They will possess strong consulting and project management skills, with a proven track record of working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers.

In this role, you will work closely with customer CISOs, security architects, security engineers, and development operations teams within mid-to-large enterprises. You will be responsible for presenting implementation plans to technical teams and developing strong relationships with our sales team, customers, and partners.
