**Job Overview**
Cisco Systems is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to ensure customer success and drive business outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement customized success strategies for large customers
- Build strong relationships with customer senior leadership, partners, and Cisco account teams
- Analyze customer needs and pain points to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide detailed requirements and implement successful renewal strategies
**Requirements**
- 10+ years' experience in leading customer-facing organizations and IT industry
- Proven consulting skills with technical and sales acumen
- 5+ years of experience with subscription and software offers
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
