Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key resolution point, you will diagnose technical, operational, and system issues for sellers, brand owners, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide effective solutions.
- Document all interactions and information according to standard procedures in our system.
- Troubleshoot and provide product guidance and support to Amazon sellers, brand owners, and vendors.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in customer service or contact center environments is advantageous.
- Business acumen in e-commerce and retail is beneficial.
