A leading US based online retailer of spare parts is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers in pre-sale and post sale periods while using our products and services.
**Responcibilities**
- Identify customer needs and help customers in pre-sale and post-sale periods
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
**Requirements**:

- Excellent English both verbal and writing is a requirement
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
**Conditions**
- 100% Remote work (home office, need PC and Internet)
- Work in a time zone UTC-6 according to the set schedule (cover the period from 7 AM to 00 PM)

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ¢500,000.00 - ¢800,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
