Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our Order Desk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively track and monitor requests initiated from technicians/sub-contractors. You will be responsible for maintaining reports of all riders delivered and executed, creating estimates in Compass based on information captured from technicians, and delivering riders to identified customer contacts.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 6 months coordination experience
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Fundamental knowledge of security system hardware (BA, FA, CCTV, Card Access)
