Customer Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team at Cloudera. As a key member of our customer operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support services to our valued customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing support services to our customers, demonstrating active listening and empathy when addressing product issues, participating in queue management and coordination processes, and collaborating with customers and colleagues to resolve inquiries and issues.
Additionally, you will be responsible for investigating product-related issues, differentiating between operational, user code, third-party library, or product-related issues, and coordinating enhancements and feature requests with product management and engineering teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to partner with management to improve team operations. A background in Unix environment experience, software development, and system performance debugging is preferred.
