Job Description:

The role of the Customer Support Specialist involves providing expert technical support for Emerson's Ovation product suite. This includes diagnosing and resolving complex issues, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, remote diagnostics, and other means
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Emerson's Ovation products and associated systems
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
