**About the Role**
The Data Maintenance Administrator position at Emerson offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our Customer-Vendor Master Data Accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining, changing, or creating Customer-Vendor Master Data related requests in the Master Data Governance system.
- Performing create and update Customer-Vendor Master creations from different ERP managed within the Emerson Organizations.
- Ensuring customer-vendor master data quality and accuracy, enforcing proper usage of GDS and Internal control policies and procedures.
- Monitoring work queues for new requests and completing assigned tasks within SLA targets.
- Liaising between other groups and the business, reviewing feedback related incidents and sharing knowledge with the Requestor on an adequate level.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Solid oral and written communication and interpersonal skills (English & Spanish); Portuguese will be a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience and knowledge in Master Data governance, processes, and Master Data set-up or Financial Accounting (P2P, R2R, O2C), which is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent Key Performance Indicators and a commitment to internal operation improvements.
- Prior experience in Shared Service or Customer Service Centre in a support function is a plus.
- A strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively, adhere to tight and established deadlines.
- Demonstrated communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Detailed orientation.
- Collaborative Team player.
- Analytical thinking.
System Requirements
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint) and ERP System experience Oracle, SAP, JDE is a distinct advantage.
