**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ovation Product Support Specialist to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our Global Service Center, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers worldwide.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote diagnostics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities using our proprietary database.
- Participate in rotational assignments to enhance skills and support our installed base of customers.
- Contribute to the development of new internal solutions and assist with training as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of Ovation products and associated systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different cultural settings.
Working Conditions:**
- Up to 35% travel required.
- Availability to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
