About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Analyst I to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer purchase orders, as well as providing technical support to customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of order management processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide technical support to customers via various communication channels
  • Collaborate with order management specialists, inside sales teams, and factories to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Ensure compliance with import/export, contract, and government requirements
Requirements
  • Currently studying an engineering career or equivalent experience
  • At least 1-2 years of sales-related customer service experience
  • Solid prioritizing and organizational skills, along with being a self-starter
  • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese language
Work Requirements

This is a full-time position that requires flexible shift schedules to support Latin America entities. The initial requirement is to work in a schedule to support these entities, which may include working from 6am to 3pm, 7am to 4pm, or 8am to 5pm.
