Job Overview
Nitel is seeking a skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales department, you will work closely with partners to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with customers to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate upgrades, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities with customers.
- Manage customer trouble tickets and escalate complex issues to internal resources.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and agents through regular communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth workflow processes and address customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices to deliver exceptional service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, support, and/or sales experience.
- Ability to work independently and escalate items as needed.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
- Time management, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecom and internet product knowledge.
- Experience with sales software and CRM tools.
