In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inbound sales inquiries, and supporting the timely execution of documents, sales proposals, presentations, and projects.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a proven track record of doing so. You will be working closely with our program and engineering teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Responding to inbound sales inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Supporting the timely execution of documents, sales proposals, presentations, and projects
- Gathering, maintaining, and developing documentation relative to job aids and supporting each manager with lead tracking, coordination, and distribution of information
- Assisting with procurement of bid documents, plans, and specifications and distributing as appropriate
