Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Liaison. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our internet service.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers via phone calls regarding our internet service and basic technical support

- Build trust and rapport with customers through active listening and open communication

- Offer personalized solutions and alternatives to customers based on their needs and preferences

Requirements:

- Must be proficient in English language skills (B2 level or higher)

- Possess at least one year of work experience

- Type 20 words per minute accurately

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
