About Us: Teleperformance Costa Rica is a leading provider of customer experience solutions, and we are currently seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As an agent, you will act as a liaison between customers and our company, providing product/services information and answering questions related to general inquiries about our internet service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers

Requirements:

- English level B2- 85%
- Work experience +
- Typing 20WPM
- Effective communication

Work Details: This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive compensation ranging from ¢450,000.00 to ¢500,000.00 per month.
