Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service while managing high-severity issues. As an Escalation Resolution Expert, you'll communicate proactively with customers and ensure a positive support experience at all levels of the support structure.

You'll act as a liaison between end-user customers and our representatives to achieve quality resolutions. Your role will be key in providing top-notch technical support to clients while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within Tek Experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective solutions to complex customer queries
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Stay up-to-date with Microsoft products and services to deliver informed support

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft programs and services
  • Customer service experience with a desire to learn new technical skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French

  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • Prior knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies
