Customer Support Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Operations Manager to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Vendor Chargeback Dispute Management team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving vendor chargeback disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with Amazon vendors, stakeholders, and customers via virtual meetings and calls.
- Execute end-to-end processes and tools related to daily investigation tasks.
- Analyze and investigate vendor chargeback disputes.
- Ensure accurate responses and processing of chargebacks.
- Improve internal processes to reduce chargeback flow.
- Participate in education initiatives for vendors.
- Identify issues and seek solutions.
- Optimize Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Working experience in corporate customer service, back-office, or contact center environments.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented contributor with assertive judgment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
