About the Role

As a Senior Customer Support Manager at Emerson, you will be responsible for leading the Customer Service CR team to deliver exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in leading a small team and a strong understanding of business administration principles.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the Customer Service CR team to ensure exceptional customer support.
  • Communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team.
  • Motivate team members and assess their performance.
  • Provide assistance to management and keep them updated on team performance.
  • Communicate concerns and policies among management and team members.
  • Coordinate and assign main tasks to junior and senior engineers in alignment with supervisor assignments and expectations.
  • Ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in leading a small team.
  • Strong English language skills (B2 level).
  • Successful and above performance record.
  • Knowledge of business administration principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar experience.

Working Conditions

Customer Service team delivers assistance to US customers therefore the person on this position must comply with US business hours and working days.
