In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of the Strategic Account Services (SAS) organization by driving business growth for influential sellers on the Amazon platform. As a Senior Account Manager, you will ensure Selling Partner satisfaction by delivering a high level of service through strategic insights and relentlessly high operational standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Buidling and executing strategic joint business plans with Selling Partners
  • Collaborating with Selling Partners to explore innovative ways to identify and execute new selection, merchandising, and operational improvement opportunities
  • Providing timely, accurate, and professional operational support to all Selling Partners within a specified SLA
  • Driving results in a cross-functional environment

Selling Partner Support and Business Growth:

You will identify, action, and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end-customer experience. You will deliver timely, accurate, and professional operational support to all Selling Partners within a specified SLA.
