About the Role:
As a Senior Business Development Manager at Citi, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of top-tier clients and driving TTS sales origination, cross-selling, and retention across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate new TTS sales opportunities for clients, cross-selling TTS products and services to deepen wallet penetration, revenue realization, and expansion.
- Be the primary point of contact and accountability for TTS sales origination and related activities for assigned clients.
- Cultivate client relationships in key buying centers to allocate and influence client wallets.
- Identify client goals and financial needs that can be addressed through the TTS platform.
- Develop and maintain market knowledge through participation in conferences and staying up-to-date on market trends affecting clients.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in sales or business development with a strong accounting background.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of regulations, market practices, and bank operations.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and leadership ability to galvanize resources across units.
