**About SITA**

We are a leading provider of IT solutions for the air transport industry. Our Business Development Senior Manager role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth and client satisfaction within designated territories and accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with SITA Sales and Pre-Sales teams to achieve new business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Bring expertise in wireless, security, and mobility technologies, along with a deep understanding of our customers' business processes.
  • Participate in a consultative selling approach, raising awareness of wireless and mobility offerings and bolstering confidence and capabilities.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

  • 7+ years proven success in generating revenue growth in sales and/or business development roles.
  • 5+ years relevant industry and/or market segment experience; 5+ years product experience preferred.
  • Telecommunication prospecting background preferred; previous marketing experience desirable.
  • Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and building client relationships at Senior Management level.
  • Track record of building and implementing business development plans including assessing, analyzing, tracking, and consolidating market data.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Knowledge of Wireless protocols, 3G/4G/5G, Mobile Data, Mobile Private Networks, IoT, Wifi6, Push to Talk, WLAN, MIFI, LEO low orbit VSAT, security solutions for network and data exchange.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, and/or Telecommunications required, Master's degree/MBA preferred.
