About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our Small and Medium Business (SMB) sales team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica.

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Sales People Managers who engage with SMBs from prospecting to strategic account growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Sales People Managers who are in charge of Customer Advisors & Account Representatives.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market acquisition strategies.
  • Take ownership of all verticals within the commercial sector.
  • Determine the best go-to-market approach for SMBs.
  • Hire and develop Customer Advisors (sales reps).
  • Participate in customer meetings to support Customer Advisors.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer across functions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10+ years of management experience leading a sales team.
  • 5+ years of sales experience selling to SMBs.
  • 3+ years of sales experience selling to procurement roles or similar decision-makers for SMBs.
  • An entrepreneurial background with proven ability to deal with ambiguity.
