**Job Summary**

We are seeking highly skilled Sales Development Representatives based in Costa Rica to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our U.S. market.

This is a unique opportunity for sales professionals with a proven track record of success in the U.S. market to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Understand the U.S. market, including industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Run lead generation campaigns to find and engage key decision-makers in U.S. companies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
  • Create outreach strategies to engage U.S. clients, showcasing how InVitro Capital's solutions can help them.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring regular follow-up and meeting sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with U.S. clients, becoming a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.

**Requirements**

  • Native-level English fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in U.S.-focused sales roles, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. business landscape, including industry practices and cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and experience with sales/marketing automation tools.
  • At least 2 years of remote sales experience, preferably in the Healthcare industry, with CRM experience (Salesforce, Health Cloud, HubSpot).
  • HIPAA compliance is a plus.
