Channel Sales Director

**About the Role**
The Channel Sales Director will play a critical role in driving regional channel sales revenue across multiple states in their assigned region. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams to establish go-to-market strategies, sales, and growth goals with transactional partners.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective channel development strategies to drive regional channel sales revenue.
- Manage a team of channel sales agents to ensure they are equipped to drive sales growth in their respective regions.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through existing and new relationships with transactional partners.
- Ensure that all sales agents are properly trained and educated on Nitel products, processes, and procedures to improve their productivity and results.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the telecom or high-tech industry.
- Strong technical capability and computer savviness.
- Minimum 2 years' channel, sales, marketing, and business development experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and be available during work hours to address a fast-paced opportunity flow.
