Regional Sales Manager

**Job Summary**
Nitel is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and will be responsible for driving regional channel sales revenue across multiple states in their assigned region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with transactional partners to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive regional channel sales revenue.
- Manage a team of channel sales agents to ensure they are equipped to drive sales growth in their respective regions.
- Provide coaching and training to sales agents to improve their productivity and results.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the telecom or high-tech industry.
- Minimum 2 years' channel, sales, marketing, and business development experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and be available during work hours to address a fast-paced opportunity flow.
