About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Nitel. As a key member of our channel sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue across multiple states in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to establish go-to-market strategies, sales, and growth goals with transactional partners.
  • Manage and coach channel sales agents to drive regional channel sales revenue.
  • Cultivate new agent engagement from a predefined list of prospective transactional agents.
  • Educate sales agents on Nitel products, processes, and procedures to improve their productivity and results.
  • Attend sales calls with end users to qualify and present Nitel solutions.
  • Work closely with sales agents to qualify and strategize on prospective Nitel sales opportunities.
  • Prepare sales proposals and ensure meeting sales profitability goals on a per-deal basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in telecom or high-tech industry with strong technical capability/computer savviness.
  • Minimum 2 years' channel, sales, marketing, and business development experience.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with good business sense.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Presentation skills and training experience are a plus.
