IT channel sales require good experience with top IT distributors or retailers.
Knowledge of electronic equipment and technology 1.
To build regional market information database including clients list, valued clients list and competition list.

Maintain the relationship between Dahua and the customer, Coordinate with all regional and national partners to provide sales and technical support resources, products, etc.to the clients; 3.
New regional channel partners development(distribution/solution/installation) a.
Identify key potential customers and make business plan and negotiate a partnership as well as orders/projects.. b.
Actively looking for new channel cooperation opportunities from different partner or different portfolio, and carries out investigation and analysis; 4.
Finish Regional sales targets.
a. breakdown the targets by quarter, by client and align it with individual clients; b.
Actively push for the customers' order, follow up those orders and achieve sales target; 5.
Brand promotion a.
Planning and implementation of marketing activities, improve the company's brand influence.
b.
Help customer on acquisition of marketing materials and activities.
c. Coordinate with local marketing partners to get thing done.

**Requisitos**:
**Young**: under 35 years old - Prefer 1-3 years of experience from sales/business development in IT/Electrical/security Industry.
- Bachelor degree.
(Marketing, electronic engineering, computer science, network communication etc.).
- Strong understanding of local security market.
- Good command of English is preferred.
50% - High level of integrity and honesty.
- Self-driving, hungry to learn and hungry for success.
- Excellent customer service.
- Exceptional communication, Presentation, Negotiation and Closing skills.
- Ability to work to multiple deadlines whilst staying calm under pressure.
- Outstanding communications and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- A high level of agility - be to quickly adapt or evolve in response to changing circumstances
