【Job Description】 Should have the sales experience with NAND series products(Adata/Kingstone/Sandisk) / IT monitor products (LG/SAMSUNG/AOC) / Switch (TP-link/D-link/Ruijie/H3C). To build regional market information database including clients list, valued clients list and competition list. Maintain the relationship between Dahua and the customer, Coordinate with all regional and national partners to provide sales and technical support resources, products, etc.to the clients; New regional channel partner’s development(distribution/solution/installation) Identify key potential customers and make business plan and negotiate a partnership as well as orders/projects. Actively looking for new channel cooperation opportunities from different partner or different portfolio, and carries out investigation and analysis. Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel. Dimensions include competitive positioning. Solid understanding of many IT products(NAND/Monitor/Switch series etc.) and services. Able to communicate the strengths of brand offerings, and overcome objections. Effectively sells brands offerings by building strategic relationships with partner decision makers; and promoting our brand programs and offerings. Develops account plans with partner to grow brands share of the business. Partners effectively with others in the account to ensure coordinated efficient account management.

**Requisitos**:
University or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Typically at least 2 years of selling experience at end-user account or partner level. Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment, retails and IT products. English 90%
