We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving channel and alliance growth.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with sales management to optimize forecast accuracy and pipeline reviews.
  • Analyze customer licensing, products, and usage to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop creative pricing and payment solutions that balance customer needs and pricing policies.
  • Ensure all orders are approved within pricing and discount policies.
  • Interface with Deals Desk, Finance, and Legal teams as needed for revenue recognition.
  • Partner with sales managers and account executives to increase revenue, improve salesforce efficiency, and scale business effectively.
  • Support the sales organization's requirement for customer licensing compliance.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to develop solutions against channel and alliance growth and roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations in a software sales organization.
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong listening, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Team player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive conflict resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (estimated).
