Palo Alto Networks is a trailblazing cybersecurity company that's changing the way we work. We're looking for an experienced Renewals Sales Support Expert to join our team and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies in our Channel Renewals business.

This role requires close collaboration with the Renewals team and our distributors to streamline processes and enable channel execution to support the growth of our renewals business. The ideal candidate will have strong time management and organizational skills, with experience in quoting/order operations/sales environments and proven ability to drive process improvements.

As a Renewals Sales Support Expert, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales operations issues and channel escalations related to renewals quoting and ordering. You will play a key role in establishing case management and SLAs on existing proactive and reactive quote requests, driving process improvement on channel quoting, and providing pipeline/quote reports to support channel execution of renewal sales plays and campaigns.

The successful candidate will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to develop and maintain renewals quoting FAQ and process guides for distributors. A bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience is required, and related experience in metric-driven, results-oriented channel environments is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
