Job Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our global forecasting process and advising the sales force on commercial sales transactions. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Attend GPC forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to ensure forecast accuracy
  2. Manage and create Dashboards for License Utilization
  3. Analyze and review current customer licensing, products, and usage
  4. Suggest creative pricing and payment solutions balancing customer needs and pricing policies
  5. Review Quotes and Order Forms for accuracy and completeness
  6. Prepare and accurately maintain the swap plan worksheet tracking unused inventory to be swapped with potential closures in any given quarter
  7. Work tightly with the Partner Sales Ops team to complete all license swaps accurately
  8. Provide constant inputs to the Partner and internal SN teams on burndown and related metrics by working closely with Sales Operations team
  9. Ensure pipeline accuracy with burndown allocations for all GEOs
  10. Interface with Order Management to ensure accuracy of booked sales opportunities in the ServiceNow sales automation tool

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in Sales Operations in a software sales organization
  • Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with a CRM system
  • Has been in a role supporting Sales Reps and Sales Territories
  • Strong listening, analytic, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize to meet business needs
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Team Player with a positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Results Driven

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
