About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Podcast Sales Specialist to join our Ad Sales team at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the success of our clients by creating personalized sales plans, accurately processing orders, and optimizing ongoing campaigns in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account Executives to assist in all aspects of the pre-sale cycle.
  • Build client presentations, media schedules, RFPs, and post-campaign recaps.
  • Uphold company best practices and policies and ensure orders adhere to them.
  • Partner with Ad Operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and work with client and internal teams to optimize.
  • Manage pre-sale communication with podcast hosts.
  • Take ownership of sales operations projects.
  • Build strong communication channels with stakeholders, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan.
  • Validate and input accurate order information into our Order Management System (OMS).
  • Analyze OMS data to ensure data hygiene and correct any noted issues.
  • Update and maintain internal and client-facing sales assets in Excel, Airtable, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Compile delivery reports and work with Sales and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
