About the RoleThe Sales Performance Optimization Specialist will join our growing team to manage prospecting sequences, incorporate high-priority marketing assets and campaigns, and promote visibility and awareness through our sales engagement platform. This role serves as a crucial link between revenue operations initiatives, standardizing the sales prospecting practice and innovating strategies to optimize demand generation.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage prospecting sequences from creation to retirement, ensuring seamless content supply chain.
- Collaborate with Corporate Sales Development, Account Executives, Enablement, and Marketing teams to design communication plans that drive results.
- Identify areas for improvement in sales content and prospecting processes, implementing data-driven solutions.
- Provide regular updates on sequence performance, usage metrics, and testing methodologies to inform business decisions.
- Handle localization requests for high-priority sales prospecting campaigns, ensuring global consistency.
- Become a go-to resource for managing sales prospecting campaigns, providing expertise and support.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
