Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to represent Databricks to prospective customers.
This role is perfect for sales professionals looking to help scale out a game-changing enterprise software company and develop their sales career.
Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team of like-minded individuals with the opportunity to make a real difference in a budding regional team.
The impact you will have:
- Partner with the wider sales team to develop territory strategy, build pipeline, and drive adoption
- Help identify potential Databricks use cases to grow consumption within customer/prospect accounts
- Develop solution selling skills, Big Data & AI expertise, and strong technical communication abilities
- Provide exceptional customer experience for Databricks' prospective customers
- Maintain active inbound and outbound communications with prospects using personalized email, cold calling, and social selling strategies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience
- Ability to understand technical concepts and enthusiasm for technology
- Determination to succeed and contribute to building the next best enterprise software company
- Consistent over-achievement in past experiences
- Curiosity and desire to learn about the big data/AI industry
- Desire to build a career in technology sales
What we offer:
- A competitive estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience
