IT Channel Sales Manager

Type of Contract: Full-time, Outsourcing Job brief This is a channel sales role that requires good experience with top IT distributors or retailers, knowledge of electronic equipment and technology, and ability to develop and increase revenue by defining strategy and mobilizing team and developing channels. Job Responsibilities: Maintain the relationship with the customers, coordinate with all regional and national partners to provide sales and technical support resources, products, and others to the clients. Identify key potential customers and make business plan and negotiate a partnership as well as orders/projects. Actively look for new channel cooperation opportunities from different partners or different portfolios, and carry out investigation and analysis. Breakdown sales targets by quarter and achieve them. Plan and implement marketing activities, to improve the company's brand influence coordinating with local marketing partners. Define the retailer channel strategy, policies and incentive schemas. Monitor channel health and drive implementation of projects wherever necessary to drive effectiveness and efficiency of account and sales processes.

**Requisitos**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Network Communications, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or relevant field. At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development in IT/Electrical/Security Industry. Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel. Dimensions include competitive positioning. Solid understanding of pipeline management discipline and ability to explain benefits to partners. Strong understanding of local security market. Excellent communications and presentation skills, written and verbally in English and Spanish. High level of integrity and honesty. Excellent customer service. Exceptional Presentation, Negotiation and Closing skills. Strong sense of responsibility and organization. Proficiency in full Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
