Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Channel Partner Principal Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with key channel partners and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the site selection, qualification, and initiation processes for trials
  • Act as a key contact with physicians and research teams during patient screening and enrollment
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate logistics for investigational products
  • Ensure clinical trials comply with regulatory and company guidelines
  • Develop and implement training plans and materials for hospital staff
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers on business strategy and tactics at the physician level
  • Drive HCE activities and demonstrate mastery of all sales tools and programs available

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Respiratory Therapy, or similar
  • At least 3+ years of experience in performance management of a channel partner
  • Proven sales experience in healthcare accounts management
  • Advanced English Language (at least B2 level)
  • Availability to travel at least 50% of the time
