About the Role
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across regions. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and execute long-term sales strategies, oversee the development of team members, and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and executes annual business plans in collaboration with stakeholders
- Assigns quarterly sales goals to territories and communicates job responsibilities to staff
- Manages 100% attainment of Sales KPIs, Marketing Budget, and corporate special goals
- Maintains excellent customer and vendor relationships through effective communication and negotiation
- Oversees strategic projects for division growth and provides sales teams with necessary tools and resources
- Develops motivational strategies and conducts regular feedback meetings with team members
- Sets up meetings with support departments to improve communication within the department
- Acts as the primary liaison for relevant internal departments to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- 5-8 years of experience directly managing/supervising employees
- Master's or Postgraduate Degree in Business/International Business/Marketing preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business field required
